Laying the foundation for what would later become a successful career in real estate, John’s first foray into the real estate industry began with the basics: General contractor and owner of JV Construction. 

John’s vast construction knowledge paired with numerous transactions in residential and Investment properties has afforded him a unique skill set. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, working with John ensures a seamless process, from liaising with home Inspectors and contractors, to navigating contracts, negotiating sales, and leasing property.

John offers extensive real estate knowledge and exceptional leadership skills. Known by clients and colleagues for being a focused listener and adept problem solver, John offers creative solutions in difficult scenarios, and is an able advisor and fierce-yet-fair advocate for his clients.
